主機結構為三梁四柱式,主要由機身、油缸、移動工作臺等部件和液壓傳動系統、電控系統、潤滑系統等部分組成,通過管路及電器裝置聯系起來構成一個整體。本機根據需要可配置壓機與操作機聯動預留接口,用以實現壓機和操作機的聯動，提高鍛造效率。
